Meet Our Team
Ken Stilwell
Founding Principal
Ken Stilwell is based in Seattle, Washington and he is the founding principal and manager of D-Seven LLC. Ken formed the company on June 1, 2007. In Ken's 35+ years in the industry, he has held the following positions: Roofer, Manufacturers Technical Representative, District Sales Manager, and Business Owner. Ken is an active member of IIBEC, SeaBEC, CSI, and NAIOP.
Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their twin boys, Mack & Fisher. Ken is an avid cyclist, surfer, hunter & fisherman to list a few of his many hobbies.
Brady Kincannon
Sales representative - Washington/Alaska
Brady played 4 years of collegiate baseball at various colleges ultimately finishing at and becoming a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He got involved in the roofing industry in 2016 at Convoy Supply where he designed tapered insulation systems and quoted commercial projects across the PNW. In his most recent most recent role, Brady served as Channel Sales Representative for Soprema where he helped grow market share through contractor and distributor relationships.
Brady lives in Lake Stevens, WA with his wife Shelbey. Brady is an avid Seattle sports fan and in his free time enjoys playing competitive slow-pitch softball and golf.
Scott Huff
Principal
Scott is based in Portland, Oregon and joined D-Seven 2018 as a Sales Rep. Scott got involved in the roofing industry as a Pacific Northwest Field Inspector with Carlisle Construction Materials before promotion to a Western Technical Sales Rep role for Versico. Scott became a Principal with D-Seven in 2019 and is driven each day to be your go-to resource and provide unparalleled service in the Oregon market. Scott is active in many local organizations such as IIBEC, PBEC, CSI, and NAIOP. He currently serves as the 2023 President of the Portland IIBEC Chapter.
Scott spends his time with his wife (Abby), daughter (Maisie), and their chocolate lab (Lily). Scott enjoys sports, watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur (English Premier League). Scott also loves to travel, and cooking for family and friends.
Taylor Haag
Sales Representative - Oregon/SW Washington
Taylor joined D-Seven in 2024 as a Sales Rep. He was born and raised in the Portland area and is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon. He began his sales career as a Manufacturer’s Rep for Lennox Industries and broke into building material sales at Beacon Waterproofing. He appreciates the combination of technical expertise and project support that the construction industry provides.
Taylor currently lives in Hillsboro, Oregon with his wife, Maddy and their dog, Evie. Their favorite part about living in the area is how close they are to the coast and being able to spend time with family. In his free time, Taylor enjoys rafting, fly fishing, and taking advantage of the great food in town.
